Payment

Your booking is secured by a cheque deposit of (20%), payable at the time of booking.
Final payment can be made by credit card or cash


Cancellation

We regret that if cancellations are made less than three weeks prior to arrival, and if we are unable to re-let the room, the amount will be charged in full.


Smoking

We request that guests do not smoke in the house.


Pets

Unfortunately as we have dogs, we are unable to accommodate your pets. However, if you do wish to bring them, we will do our utmost to find accommodation for them nearby.
